3. Return Process

3.1 Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Receive your Return Authorization (RA) number
  4. Package the item securely with all original materials
  5. Include the RA number on the outside of the package
  6. Ship the item back to our return center

  • The item was damaged during shipping
  • The item was defective or misprinted
  • We sent the wrong item

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different book:

8. Bulk Orders

Special conditions apply to bulk orders (10+ books):

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days
  • Minimum 90% of books must be returned
